TGI has divided our licensing into the following categories. These licenses are:

Single User License
This is for a single user only. It can be used to "train" as many people, as you like, inside or outside of your company by the user assigned the license. Under this license, TGI Licenses are issued for the lifetime use of the product unless otherwise indicated (Note: Certain TGI products licenses are offered as both Annual (Expire one year from purchase) and Lifetime Licenses. See our price list for further details.

10-User License (purchase multiples for larger groups)
This is a single limited business license and can be used or distributed to up to 10 employees inside of your company. It cannot be sold or distributed to anyone outside of your company. It can be used to "train" as many people, as you like, inside or outside of your company. Buy multiple copies of this license to equal the number of users that will have access to this software. TGI Licenses are issued for the lifetime use of the product unless otherwise indicated (Note: Certain TGI products licenses are offered as both Annual (Expire one year from purchase) and Lifetime Licenses. See our price list for further details.

Enterprise License
This is a single limited business license and can be used by or distributed to ALL EMPLOYEES inside of your company. It cannot be sold or distributed to anyone outside of your company. It can be used to "train" as many people, as you like, inside or outside of your company. TGI Licenses are issued for the lifetime use of the product unless otherwise indicated (Note: Certain TGI products licenses are offered as both Annual (Expire one year from purchase) and Lifetime Licenses. Contact for purchasing this license for your company or organization.

Annual License
This product will be licensed for your use for one full year. At the end of one year you will be prompted for one month to re-new your license before the product is disabled.

Lifetime License
This product is purchased only ONE time and is licensed to the purchaser for life.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Training Games, Inc. ("TGI") your use, distribution, or installation of this software indicates your acceptance of this License.

If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install, distribute or use this software. If you paid TGI or an authorized TGI distributor for this copy individually, you may return it unused, within seven (7) days after purchase, for a full refund of your payment. Once the product is opened (a marker is triggered in the program) it is not returnable.

This software may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. This is not a concurrent use license. Additional Licenses can be purchased from www.training-games.com.

You may access this software through a network, provided that you have obtained a quantity of 10-User Licenses equal to the number of people authorized to use this software.

THIS SOFTWARE, AND ALL ACCOMPANYING FILES, DATA AND MATERIALS, ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE USER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS SOFTWARE. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE AGREEMENT.

ANY LIABILITY OF TGI WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. IN ADDITION, IN NO EVENT SHALL TGI, OR ITS PRINCIPALS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR PARENT ORGANIZATIONS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RELATING TO THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, OR YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH TGI.

This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. All rights of any kind in this software which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by TGI. You may not sell, rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or create derivative works based on this software. The VBA source code is protected and may not be incorporated into other commercial products. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by TGI herein.

If you have purchased an Affiliate License, you may sell this product to your customers for their own internal use under the terms of the Single or 10-User License. You are required to remit 50% of any proceeds you receive from the sale of our products to Training Games, Inc., 4545 E. Hedgehog Place, Cave Creek, AZ 85331 within 30 days of sale. The minimum sale price for reselling this software is the current posted prices on the www.training-games.com web site. Sales to larger companies where more than 10 users are involved must following the pricing strategies of TGI. Upon verification by TGI that you have not transmitted all proceeds due within the 30-day time frame, your Affiliate License will be revoked.

The above Standard License Agreement applies to any trial or evaluation versions of our software except as stated below:

This is not free software. You are hereby licensed by Training Games, Inc. ("TGI") to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for up to 30 days. After the 30-day evaluation period you must remove all of the trial version files from your computer systems. You may not give or distribute copies of this software to anyone.
